Dynamic Hybrid: The Race - 19th April 2026
Take on 9 stations, separated by 600m runs, combining functional strength, engine work in structured and professional hybrid race format. Designed to keep you moving under fatigue from start to finish, testing not just how hard you can push, but how well you manage pace and transitions.
The event is delivered using race-day quality equipment, clear standards and consistent scoring throughout. Every station is judged. Reps, movement standards and transitions are enforced so your performance is measured properly.
Waves are structured to maintain flow, pressure and a competitive atmosphere on the floor. The layout, equipment and sequencing are set up to create a true event environment.
Whether you’re building towards HYROX or stepping into hybrid competition for the first time, the format is accessible without losing its edge. Each station can be approached at your level, but the structure and standards remain consistent for everyone.
The event includes:
9 stations with 600m runs between each
Solo, Male Pair, Female Pair and Mixed Pair categories
Official judging on every movement and transition
Race-day quality equipment and event layout
Structured wave starts for a competitive race feel
Recorded results for tracking and benchmarking
Professional photos and video from the event
This is for athletes who want a proper test without overcomplicating the format.
If you want to push hard, compete, and see where you stand, this is where you do it
